Each cymbal measures approximately 2" in diameter. Used by Tibetan monks for centuries in meditation and worshipping ceremonies, the tingsha is a wonderful tool to help clear the clutter of the mind as well as the aura of the body. Antique Tibetan Bowls  from Nepal

These incredible antique Tibetan singing bowls are 40 to 60 years old  (sometimes more) . They measure 4 1/2 - 6 inches in diameter and have distinctly different but equally lovely tones. Handmade form the same ancient technique as the gongs, they have a very sacred presence even when they are not played. When they are played the listener is brought into a quieted space where meditation can flourish.
